1. General:
1.1. All references to “we” and “us” in the following terms and conditions refer to WARCOLOURS™ operating from www.warcolours.com
1.2. You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase any Cutter/Knife products. By placing an order for such products you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
1.3. All items for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated.
1.4. Dispatch of items. We endeavour to dispatch items within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment, except during weekends and UK bank holidays.
1.5. Product Colours: It is possible that the actual colour of a product may differ slightly from the colour shown in the product listing.
2. Payment:
2.1. We accept all forms of PayPal payments. We will wait until payments are cleared, where relevant, before issuing items. Please note that, in our experience, PayPal eCheques normally take 10 days to clear.
2.2. Payments should be made within 7 working days from the purchase date.
3. Items out of stock:
3.1. If the buyer places an order and that order contains out of stock items, one email will be sent to the buyer’s email address to request alternatives or if the buyer is willing to wait for a few days, for the items to be back in stock.
4. Returns
4.1. Contract Cancellation: If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, this contract cancellation does not apply to DVD’s where the outermost seal/wrapping has been broken and does not apply to Magazines
4.1.1. If you wish to return item(s) under the terms of 4.1 above, then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken, and, in the case of clothing, with all original tags and labels attached. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt, (see 4.2 below).
4.2. Wrong item(s): If we send a wrong item or items to the buyer, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). The buyer must contact us with details of the item(s) received BEFORE returning the items to us. Any items to be returned to us must comply with the item condition description given in 4.1.1 above.
4.3. Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Please contact us BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.
5. Proof of Posting/Postal issues:
5.1. A proof of posting is obtained for all packages sent.
5.2. For packages deemed lost in the postal system, we will be happy, on behalf of our customers, to complete the relevant forms for the investigation into the loss. Please note, however, these investigations can take a considerable time to be completed.
6. WARCOLOURS™ Reward Points:
6.1. The loyalty system may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6.2. WARCOLOURS™ Reward Points are not transferable to a third party.
6.3. WARCOLOURS™ Reward Points can only be used for purchases at http://www.warcolours.com/
6.4. One (1) WARCOLOURS™ Reward Point is earned for each €1 (or at least half part of) of purchases, i.e. if you spend €1.50 you earn 2 WARCOLOURS™ points.
6.5. WARCOLOURS™ Reward Points cannot be earned from the postage and packaging part of your order.
6.6. If your WARCOLOURS™ Reward Points balance is zero, you cannot use the points generated by an order for a discount on the same order.
7. "Free Stuff":
7.1. Only 1 free item per order can be issued
7.2. Free items will not be sent with orders unless it is added to the cart.
7.3. Pictures are for representation only, actual free items sent may differ slightly.
8. Disclaimer of liability:
8.1 All references to “we" or "our" in all statements under this paragraph 9 of the terms and conditions refer to WARCOLOURS™. All references to “website” in all statements under this paragraph 9 of the terms and conditions refer to www.warcolours.com
8.2 Neither WARCOLOURS™ nor any of our employees, make any warranty, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed.
8.3 The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by WARCOLOURS™ and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
