Thanks to a phosphorescent pigment, the areas painted with the glow-in-the-dark medium will continue to glow in the dark, long after their application. Apply the glow-in-the-dark medium as a final layer on the work for optimal results. It can be thinned with water. When using with other brands of paints, please test compatibility.
