Nostalgia '98 / The Screw-Top Era
Nostalgia '98 Paint
75 colours, inks, and metallics from a debated turn-of-the-millennium era.
Inspired by the hexagonal screw-top pots of 1998, Nostalgia '98 recreates one of the most debated eras in hobby history. Many colours kept their names from the '94 range, but the formula and manufacturer changed, leading to shades that were sometimes noticeably different from what came before.
Extensive research and repeated trial and error went into replicating these paints. At least a 95% colour match against the original 1998 releases, matched not just on colour but on label style, and a watery consistency closer to the originals than our other Nostalgia ranges. All of it now safely bottled in 17ml dropper bottles with no risk of drying out in the pot.
