1. 1Undercoat. Prime the model black. It kills the plastic sheen and doubles as the boots and rifle.
2. 2Base the fatigues. Lay the olive uniform down over the black.
3. 3Shade. Pull Olive Green ink into the folds and recesses to deepen the olive into a military shadow.
4. 4Face and hands. Block in the flesh to bring the soldier to life.
5. 5Metal. Pick out the rifle and buckles in silver, and the trooper is ready to march.
