Five paints, one clean route from primer to finished mini. Undercoat black, sheathe the carapace in magenta, sink it with a matched ink, block in the pale flesh and claws, then pick out the maw. 1. 1Undercoat. Prime the model black to give the carapace above it depth.
2. 2Base the carapace. Lay the magenta down across the hard plates.
3. 3Shade. Flood the carapace recesses with Purple Violet ink for a bruised, living depth.
4. 4Flesh and claws. Block in the pale bone across the soft skin, talons and teeth.
5. 5Maws. Pink in the mouths and tongues, and the horror is hungry.
