We are offering a few payment options:

PayPalYour payment is processed by PayPal. Simple and safe. You do not need to have a PayPal account. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Revolut: You can either send us money directly through Revolut, or via bank transfer. Select the Bank Transfer option upon checkout for all available options.

Once we received your order, we carefully pack our products and ship them to you to any place in the World! We aim to process and ship your order in less than 48hrs (excluding Sundays). We offer the following shipping options:

Tracked Delivery: this is a 5-15 working day service. You will receive a tracking number, which we’ll send to you so that you can follow the progress of your order. These tracking numbers can also be viewed in your My Account section. 
Fast Delivery: is a 2-7 working day courier service (EMS-Datapost). Exact delivery times depend on how far you are located from Cyprus. You also get a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order. These tracking numbers can also be viewed in your My Account section. Please note: deliveries to certain remote locations may take 1 extra working day. You can add this service to your order here.

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
If you wish to return item(s), then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace or refund the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Please contact us BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.
Before returning any order, a return case must be begun by using the link available at the bottom of the website Customers Service>Returns.
Every case will be studied and some pictures may be required to justify the reasons for returning the product. Returns would not be accepted, if the original packaging were not completed or damaged. Partially or completely used goods would not be accepted either.
