Each brush is individually packed in a plastic tube to guard it against the elements during transit or when not in use.

 0 has a kolinsky hair length of 8.0mm and 1.5mm width - ideal for detailed work and layering

 2 has a kolinsky hair length of 13.0mm and 2.5mm width - ideal as a layering and shading brush since it retains a fair amount of paint

 3 has a synthetic hair length of 11.0mm and 4.0mm width - ideal as a standard brush with a nice hair body to retain a good amount of paint, or as a dry-brush
